Where are you based?  

We are based just outside the town of Llanidloes in mid-Wales. Caffi Clywedog overlooks the dam of the Clywedog Reservoir. Find us on Google maps here.

When are you open? 

Our normal opening hours are Wednesday – Sunday 11am – 4pm. Please note that these may change over the school summer holidays.

Do I need to pre-order food?  

There is no need to pre-order, but as we are a small café, all food is subject to availability.

Do you cater to large groups? 

Yes, we are happy to cater to large groups, but please give us notice so we can prepare food accordingly. 

​

Can I book a table? 

We do not take booking or reservations unless it’s a large group.

Can we hire the upstairs of Caffi Clywedog for exclusive use?

Is all of your food plant-based? 

Yes, everything on our menu is made with 100% plant-based ingredients

What facilities do you have? 

We have a toilet on site, access for wheelchairs, and free parking. 

​

Do you offer children's meals? 

We don’t have a separate menu for children, but we do offer smaller meals which would suit a smaller appetite.

Do you do takeaway? 

Yes, our friendly team can package meals for takeaway.  

​

Are dogs allowed? 

Yes! We welcome (well-behaved) dogs to our café.

Can I donate to Caffi Clywedog to support your community work? 

Donations are gratefully received, and we are thankful to those who would like to support our work with local groups. Please contact us here if you would like to make a donation.
